A military discount may apply to you if you are a member. This discount is valid for mileage and time only and does NOT apply to taxes and other customer facility charges. National Car Rental may give you a military discount if you're a veteran. To take advantage of this discount, all you have to do is present your military ID when you rent a car. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount. Note that you can't stack the discount with any other promotion or coupon.
To qualify for the discount, you need to be a veteran or current member. Civilians cannot take advantage of the discount. It's applicable to active and retired military personnel and their spouses or registered dependents who show a valid dependent ID card.
